The Sibling Book

This unique story teaches your older child how to cope with the arrival of a new baby.  At first, your child is very excited about being the big sibling.  Until she realizes that all the visitors want to see the baby.  And the baby can't talk or play--he can only sleep and cry.  He was very good at crying!

Because everyone was so busy with the baby, they didn't have time to go to the park, read a book or play a game with your child.  She contemplates how to handle this.  She considers acting like the baby and crying, but she soon decided that she would simply feel silly if she did that!

Instead, she concludes that she's happy being the big sister!  She realizes that "there's a time to be a baby, and there's a time to be big."
