Give-A-Book Program

 

In an increasingly competitive world, it is imperative that children be well-educated.  The foundation of a good education is the ability to read.  Studies have shown that good reading practices develop at an early age, so it is important to introduce books to young readers that will capture and hold their interest.  Children will want to read more if the story is about them.  Imagine the thrill a youngster will experience when he sees his name in print as the main character of his very own Create-A-Book!  

 

 

  

A Book Starring Me is promoting literacy by providing students with a personalized book at no cost to the school or students.  To accomplish this task, we are asking community-minded businesses and organizations to help sponsor a Give-A-Book program.
